Simply Cartons and Tendero join the Autajon Group

The Autajon Group strengthens its position in The United Kingdom and Spain!
We are pleased to welcome two new companies : Simply Cartons (Nottingham, UK) and Tendero (Alicante, Spain)
Since its creation in 2006, Simply Cartons, offers packaging solutions for the cosmetics, health & beauty, luxury drinks, premium food and confectionary industries especially in the luxury goods market.
The company will be renamed Autajon Packaging Simply Cartons and will become the Group's first foothold in the UK.
Tendero’s origins reach back to 1923! Historically active in the shoe box market, the company now offers rigid boxes for the Perfumes & Cosmetics and Spirits industries also in the luxury market.
As part of its integration, it will be renamed Autajon Packaging Tendero and becomes the fourth Spanish site.
Both companies share the same values as all the Group's sites: a technical know-how in support of quality and innovation to accompany its customers in their projects.
We remain faithful to our strategy of expanding the Group’s presence by integrating sites which have local influence and share same values, sustainability awareness and demonstrate remarkable technical know-how. We look forward to seeing what we can achieve together in the years to come.
