- “Other requests” form (HR, purchasing, marketing, etc.): last name, first name, email address, phone number and message content. This data is only used to forward your request to the relevant internal department.
- Newsletter: if you tick the corresponding box, we will also retain your consent. This information is used exclusively to send you information and news about our services.
Data processing and purpose
All data collected via our forms is used solely by AUTAJON and is never sold or transferred to third parties. It is used to respond to your request according to its nature (sales, HR, purchasing, marketing or other) and to improve the quality of our services. The information collected through the sales contact form will be integrated and stored in our CRM in order to ensure appropriate follow-up of contacts. All other data is processed exclusively by AUTAJON.

Data collected via the sales contact form is retained for 3 years after the last contact if no business relationship is established, and for 10 years for our customers.
