A CSR approach structured around four pillars
Packaging and labels play a major role: they provide essential information about products, protect them, enhance their value, and guarantee their traceability, thereby reassuring the end consumer. However, their importance is sometimes underestimated and their perception biased.
Aware of environmental issues, we are actively committed to reducing our industrial impact while innovating. Through research and development, we design sustainable packaging solutions that are suited to a circular economy, combining performance, aesthetics, and respect for the environment.
Sustainable purchasing & inventory and freight management
We select suppliers who are committed to and comply with our responsibility standards. This requirement extends to the management of our flows: inventory optimization and rigorous planning.
Our goal: to limit our footprint while ensuring the reliability of our supplies and the overall performance of the supply chain.
Energy optimization
We continuously invest in cleaner technologies and state-of-the-art equipment to reduce the energy impact of our factories. Modernizing machinery, precisely controlling consumption, monitoring indicators: every action is aimed at reconciling industrial performance and energy efficiency. An approach based on innovation and continuous improvement.
Teams dedicated to eco-design and ACV research
Our experts in eco-design and carbon impact analysis develop packaging solutions tailored to today’s environmental challenges. Their mission: to rethink materials, reduce impacts, optimize structures, and offer responsible alternatives. Thanks to a pragmatic and measurable approach, we guide our clients toward more sustainable and informed choices.
A voluntary approach to waste management
We reduce, recycle, and recover our waste by implementing measures tailored to each production site. Enhanced sorting, reuse of materials, specialized partnerships, integration of the best available technologies: our proactive approach aims to limit losses and give resources a second life. A dynamic of continuous improvement is at the heart of our strategy.
Our CSR commitment
The Autajon Group’s CSR report demonstrates our commitment to acting responsibly, transparently, and ambitiously. It reflects a deep conviction: sustainable performance is not limited to what we manufacture, but is embodied in the way we work, collaborate, and evolve on a daily basis.
Our top priority is to ensure the respect, protection, and involvement of our employees. Their expertise and commitment are central to our success, and we have a duty to guarantee a safe and fulfilling work environment.
Our actions for a sustainable environment
We are also committed to promoting environmentally friendly practices. In the context of the climate emergency, we are stepping up our efforts every year to reduce our impact, optimize our resources, and develop responsible solutions.
Finally, we place integrity at the heart of our decisions. Every relationship, both internal and external, must reflect our values of ethics, transparency, and fairness. This report embodies our approach: rigorous, measurable, and forward-looking.

Reducing our carbon emissions, a commitment aligned with SBTi
Autajon has set its climate targets in line with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), the international standard that enables companies to align their strategy with scientific recommendations for limiting global warming.
Our commitment: to reduce our direct emissions (scope 1 and 2) by 50.4% by 2032, and our indirect emissions (scope 3) by 30% over the same period. Our commitments are clear and announced on the official SBTi platform. By aligning itself with the 1.5°C target of the Paris Agreement, Autajon is committed to significantly reducing its emissions for a safe and sustainable future.
Health and safety at work: a priority at the heart of our culture
At Autajon, the health and safety of our employees are at the heart of our commitments. We are developing a shared culture of prevention based on collective vigilance, continuous training, and proactive risk identification.
Our teams are aware of essential actions, priority risks, and best practices to create a safe working environment on a daily basis. Thanks to shared tools, educational content, and regular actions at our sites, we are strengthening everyone’s protection and affirming our commitment to providing safe, responsible, and sustainable working conditions.
