For several years, a training and development priority has focussed on the theme of general management practices.
The development of new competencies, the keys to success for managers, are undertaken through specific training sessions which contribute to the improvement of management capacities.

APPRENTICESHIP
Human ressource management includes the important element of apprenticeship.
It permits the forward recruitment planning and facilitates the integration of future employees into the corporation, allowing them to comprehend the graphic arts trades.
Close relationships have been developped with theCFA Victor HUGO in CARPENTRAS and with theSEPR of LYON.
We are also in a position to offer to interested and motivated employees in the context of an internal, apprenticeship initiative, the possibility of developing technical competencies in the following professional domains: offset printing machinist, cutter, glueing technician or other domains related to our business.
