The Autajon group ethics is our obligation to our clients, our collaborators and its the implimentation of our value system based on honesty, integrity and loyalty.

We have formally adopted a code of conduct based on an « Ethical Charter » that defines the norms and behaviours to be respected by all of our collaborators in the workplace and beyond.

Each employee must internalize the ethical demarche in their professional context and apply the principles of honesty, integrity and loyalty so as to develop relationships of confidence amongst all of our professional partners.

BUY-IN

Each year, new employees join the different Autajon Group work and production sites.

We respect and encourage this human richness.

This is why we engage in and guarantee the same opportunities in terms of integration, training and professional evolution to all employees.
